Revealing her sexy curves on her first Sports Illustrated cover this year, model Kate Upton knows how to turn heads in a bikini. “Since the first day I met her, she wanted to come in and change the industry by saying curves are sexy,” Upton’s personal trainer, Justin Gelband, told SHAPE magazine. To stay in cover-worthy shape, the 20 year old works out with Gelband up to five days a week, using his method called “ModelFIT.” The plan - customized to each client — includes stretching exercises with elastic bands, Pilates, yoga, or kickboxing, and work on the BOSU ball. “Kate is one in a million!" Gelband says. "She always puts in a whole-hearted effort to her workouts and is always ready to work.”
