"I do not love to work out," Berry previously told Vogue. "But if I stick to exercising every day and put the right things in my mouth, then my diabetes just stays in check." The 5'6" actress fuels up on protein drinks and energy bars prior to hour-long exercise sessions with trainer Nat Bardonnet four times a week."If we can work four muscles at once, we're going to," Bardonnet said of their workouts, which include lots of quick squats combined with arm raises. "[By doing these] you work the thighs, butt, biceps and core!"
