To stay in A-plus shape, the California girl follows Pasternak's 5 Factor Diet when she's not on the road, which means five meals rich in protein, complex carbs, fiber, fat and fluids a day. The songstress also takes it to the gym, doing Pasternak's circuit-training plan that includes strength training and cardio exercises like jumping rope. "I can do the cross-over and double jumps," Perry told Us Weekly.
