Not one to fall victim to fasts and fad diets, Lauren Conrad believes in regular exercise and healthy eating. To get toned for the summer months, the Hills alum followed a Bikini Boot Camp Plan put together by her trainer, Jarett Del Bene. The regimen - which the star hails as a "lifestyle change" - includes a cup of lemon water in the morning, flat-belly friendly foods like steamed veggies, and daily crunches and planks.
