Making fitness fun is what keeps Elizabeth Banks in fighting shape. "It's important to change it up daily," her trainer, Joselynne Boschen, recently told The Huffington Post. "There is nothing more boring to me – or Elizabeth – than the same thing over and over. If you can take it outside and combine your workouts with things like hiking, even better!" The People Like Us star trains three days a week for an hour at a time when she's on the West Coast, focusing on functional agility training with a mix of cardio, free weight exercises, plyometrics and TRX training. "Fitness is her lifestyle," Boschen says. "It makes things easier to maintain when you stay on top of exercising and just being healthy like she does."
