Audrina Patridge isn't one to shy away from the beach. The 27 year old Hills alum gets bikini-ready by doing personal trainer Jarett DelBene's "body box" routine 2-3 days a week. “We alternate rounds of boxing combinations that include punches and kicks with circuits of body weight–only strength moves,” DelBene told SHAPE magazine. The fitness plan includes a 3-minute combo of punches and kicks or jump rope and sets of cross-legged lifts, compound crunches, offset bridges and cat raises. “It’s high intensity, so you burn lots of calories while you’re firming up," DelBene said. "And because the exercises don’t use any gear, Patridge can stick to them whether she’s on the road or at home.”

    There was a reason why Maxim, FHM, and Ask Men left Audrina off their Hot 100 lists this year. She is a shadow of her former self without a boost. With it, as in your picture, Audrina looks shapely and fine, without it, pretty droopy and not worthy of the list.
