Seeing Jenny McCarthy on the cover of this summer's July/August double issue of Playboy, it's hard to believe that nearly 20 years have passed since the actress and author first graced its pages. "There is really no magic pill; [diet and exercise] are the two things you absolutely have to do to maintain good shape," she told Fox News of her stay-slim 'secret.' When it comes to diet, the host of NBC's Love In The Wild loads up on soups, salads and pureed vegetables for protein. "I love spinach salad with nuts so it's mainly vegetables," she said. To tone her figure, the celeb mom relies on bikram yoga and her treadmill for cardio. "In my 20's I didn't really have to worry as much," McCarthy - who turns 40 this year - said. "[Now] I notice that I have to workout. It's a mandatory thing."
