In addition to hitting the speed bag, Lakshmi jumps rope and does calisthenics 2-3 days a week to benefit not only her figure but her complexion as well. “I think that sweating a lot and getting your circulation going influences your skin a lot," she told People magazine. "[It] helps everything rejuvenate itself."
