Ashley Greene doesn't obsess over having a waifish figure. "A lot of people like to be super tiny, but I don't want a child's body--I want a woman's body that is extremely fit," the 23 year old actress recently told Women's Heath magazine. "It's so much sexier." To keep her 5'5" frame in shape, the Twilight star regularly does Pilates and runs three to five days a week. Though she admits she doesn't "do the diet thing anymore," Greene supplements her workouts with healthy food options like halibut, sushi, tuna, chicken, veggies and egg whites. "I'm a big believer in feeding your body what it needs," she said. "Deny yourself something and you're going to end up shoving your face full of it."
