"Saying you're on a diet puts you in the frame of denying yourself," the supermodel told Prevention magazine. A vegetarian since the age of 12, Brinkley has has been educating herself on eating right for years. "After I read The South Beach Diet, it made me much less prone to reach for the bad stuff," she said. The mother of three keeps toned by using Total Gym equipment at home and has even developed some of her own Pilates moves on the workout machine. "I have never used anything that has been so effective, so fast," Brinkley, a spokesperson for the brand, said. "Once you try it, you'll be hooked for life!"
