5. Get More Zzz’s
This one is free, so put down your phone, the remote, stop texting and get your bum to the bedroom. Make it a priority to get seven to eight hours of sleep each night to look and feel better than ever. Start winding down an hour before bedtime by powering down all the electronic devices, making a cup of chamomile tea and cozying up in bed with a magazine (rather than a book that can be hard to put down). To naturally ready your body for bed, resolve to have lights off around the same time each evening.
