American Music Awards 2012: Which Performer Will Steal the Show?

After hitting shelves in October, Taylor Swift’s Red has continued to reign supreme, holding the No. 1 slot on the Billboard 200 for three weeks. And at the two latest music awards shows — the MTV Video Music Awards and the Europe Music Awards — the country-pop darling has had the honor of closing out the ceremony. Swift set the bar high with her EMA act, a circus-themed spectacle that featured flying sparks, fire throwers, dancers masked as circus animals and even a bicycle-riding clown. But the pop star always finds a way to top herself.
