I love the bead detailing and the structure/form is beautiful. Looks amazing on her, albeit it does make her look a bit older, but maybe that's what she's going for! I would wear this gown myself.
Yes, I agree that the straps should be shorter. Too much bareness, unbalances the overall appearance. Gown material looks very beautiful. Nicely done, I believe.
She either needs to have the dress cover up more toward the neck or add a decent necklace. Too much exposed skin. Distracts form everything else.
