No, her stomach looks like a stomach that has been through way too much tanning and now it looks wrinkly and leather-like. Tanning will cause that!
You act as if anyone who gets pregnant automatically comes out with a stomach like that. It’s one of those things, yes, a lot do, but a lot do not either. Just like a lot of people who have never been pregnant can have a wrinkly, stretched looking stomach.
