Carrie Underwood lost two dress sizes by cutting out processed sugars and never skipping breakfast. She sticks to a vegan diet and replaces sugary drinks with green tea and white breads with whole grains. Underwood also swears by a food journal to track her daily calorie intake.
We are super sad that the 2015 Cannes Film Festival has come to an end and the days of daydreaming about all the gorgeous gowns are behind us, but now we’ll just have to spend our time reminiscing about the red carpet!
