Erika Jayne‘s divorce from Tom Girardi has been the major drama on this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (well, that and Crystal Kung Minkoff‘s ugly leather pants).
Erika chose to file for divorce on election day last year with the hopes that it would be buried by the press, but we all know how well that turned out for her. Since then, Tom has been brought to court on charges of stealing settlement funds from his clients. Erika left Tom, but her financial records are currently being examined by the courts. It is unclear what Erika may or may not have known about Tom’s crimes, but it is clear that the money he stole went to fund their lavish lifestyle.
Since the news broke, fans have been calling for Erika to be fired from RHOBH. Although filming for this season has already wrapped, it is still up for debate whether or not she’ll appear at the reunion.
Andy Cohen addressed fan concerns on his Sirus XM radio show, as well as whether or not Erika will be fired.
