It happens, thguoh I don't have any where they pop out on their own. Out of 100+ figures, I've had 2 where the peg has snapped or cracked, so it happens. It's less than 2% of a fail rate, but that's kind of high for something with no moving parts. So while not common, happens more than it should. They have gotten a lot better at correcting these problems over the last couple of years.
