Wade Williams' Super Bowl Recipes: Fried Chicken

12 chicken drumsticks
12 chicken wings
1 cup flour
1 tbsp. Kosher salt
1 tbsp. cracked black pepper
1 tbsp. chili pepper
1 cup buttermilk
5 cup corn oil
Soak chicken in buttermilk for (1 to 2) hours. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Coat chicken in dry ingredients. Making sure chicken is fully coated. Heat oil in skillet for 4 minutes or until oil is hot. Cook in a shallow pan or black iron skillet. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. Remove and place on a paper towel, which absorbs any excess oil. Serve with a creamy bleu cheese or ranch dressing.
