I think in answer for the few who really have not, believe me I would know, had surgery, the women lose a lot of weight and as they age besides changing styles of hair and make-up of course, their subcutaneous fat doesn't stay well, where it does in men's faces, lol. They are all wonderfully beautiful as they age, but, this is a youth culture, and oddly I find Pfieffer and Jojovich and so forth to be the most beautiful women in the pack...they are, so much themselves and so lovely and their faces mature, that is appealing,...as they age, their character lines, deepen faster and they seem to show, every major attitude they managed to keep most, up/down, whatever their major lines fall into....I love the faces as a story, and how, luminous they get as they grow, comfortable?
