Country crooner Miranda Lambert wasn't too thrilled with Brown's cocky attitude after he won Best R&B Album at the 2012 Grammys, where he told naysayers to "f*** off" after walking away with the award.
Soon after Brown's tweet, the wife of Blake Shelton shot back with some heated words of her own, writing on Twitter, "Not cool that we act like that didn’t happen. He needs to listen to Gunpowder and lead and be put back in his place. Not at the Grammys."
Though Team Breezy fired back at the songstress, Lambert continued to speak her mind -- holding a "Take Note Chris Brown" at a concert following the Twitter war.
"I’ve been in a world of hurt with Chris Brown fans lately,” she told fans. “But see, I just have to speak my mind because where I come from beating up on a woman is never okay.”
We are super sad that the 2015 Cannes Film Festival has come to an end and the days of daydreaming about all the gorgeous gowns are behind us, but now we’ll just have to spend our time reminiscing about the red carpet!
Happy Memorial Day, America. Are you relaxing like our country’s most famous bachelor this weekend?
