Well I would recommend gtietng used to wedges first because it doesn’t take long. They are a lot more stable but still have the incline that you have to get use to. Try just wearing them throughout the house first, and that may seem silly, but it’s better falling in your house then out in public! also look around a lot. There are comfy wedges and heels out there! Try platform heels and wedges. Because of the platform theres not so much pressure on the ball of your foot!
