Day 6: The Washcloth Move An easy way to tone your triceps and biceps every day! 1. Fold a washcloth or face towel in half and roll it. 2. Keeping your abs contracted, extend your arms out in front of you and hold onto the rolled towel on each end. 3. Holding onto the towel, create quick, controlled tugging movements, until you feel the burn in your upper arm muscles. 4. Do 5 more movements. Repeat daily!
