Accent Nails

Thanks to E!s mani-cam, we got a close-up of all the fabulous digits at the Grammys. While a few musicians had design work on every nail (J. Lo did gold leafing), others like Janelle Monae added bling to just one fingernail on each hand for a stunning accent.
