'Grey's Anatomy': The Most Heartbreaking Death Scenes

Mark Sloan's death may have been one of the hardest to watch because, in a way, we kind of had to watch it twice. First when they turned off the machines to end his coma, and second when we flashed back to the moment when he lost consciousness and went into the coma in the first place.
