I feel really sad that a girl of 23 has felt the need to change the way she looks so drastically – when she was already pretty to begin with. She doesn’t look at all happy in any of these pics and gives the impression of a much older women trying to stay youthful. I have nothing against Heidi, but surgery isn’t going to change the way she feels about herself inside. I hope she has done this for herself and not for the work or fame she intends to get from it. I really hope she doesn’t regret this some day. It’s such a shame.

yeah she definately looks older now……but ewwwww bc it doesnt even look like her. I hope young girls do not see her as a positive role model bc shes not!!!! I love how she quoted that she is just trying to be the best she can be……..obviously she has some issues and in reality there is soooo much more meaning in life than having a tight body and “perfect” image….Hollywood is soooo fake and now she is tooooo. Just disgusts me….people are starving and dying all over the world and she is spending all that money non her body…what a joke….I hope she gave a hefty donation to the victims in haiti….im sick of hearing about her and her doche bag husband spencer…..we all have bigger things in this world to focus on than her liposuction in her freaking neck….seriously…..JOkE!!!!

She stares at a picture of herself, and YOU all might think she’s hott, however, she sees the flaws. It doesn’t matter how good the picture looks, she sees a neck that is too fat, a chin that’s too long, a butt that’s not proportionate…doesn’t matter. It’s wild to think in her music video she looked the BOMB…It is terribly sad, but i get it. Thanks a lot stupid media for holding this stupid standard of perfection to equal beauty for us women. Thanks a lot. And seeing her, stunningly gorgeous, and still absolutely lifeless at the same time, doesn’t really change my self hatred towards myself. It doesn’t lessen my self obsession. It’s not a reality check. I simply understand. I relate whole heartedly and I can only pray and hope that one day Heidi Montag, girls like her, and myself, can overcome this and learn to love ourselves regardless of our supposed “flaws.” I’ll pray for you sister. Heidi, 23, underwent ten plastic surgery procedures in one day late last year and this is the first time she has been pictured outside since. The singer and "The Hills" star underwent: a mini brow lift, Botox in her brow and frownline area; a nose job revision; fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips; chin reduction; neck liposuction; had her ears pinned back; a breast augmentation revision; liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thighs; and a buttock augmentation. Heidi, who has been in hiding with her husband Spencer Pratt since the procedures, is pictured on the balcony of her safe house with her pet dog, Dolly, and her security guards.
