Go back to DeviantArt, tool. There’s a reason why these artists are working for magazines like Maxim, touching up (usually) gorgeous girls and you’re here boasting your skills on a gossip blog (read: they’re better than you at Photoshop).
There are several reasons why her belly button may look like that. Liposuction is a big one. Another one is complications at a very young age (typically birth) that forces them to remove it.
