That looks so weird & sick to me. I've started learning to drive when I was 13 or 14 and I did it only on the suburb roads cause it's illegal. But a 12-year old boy driving a Ferrari in the city is just insane! He doesn't have enough driving background to react quickly if smth goes wrong. And if he has enough money to buy such luxurious car maybe he should spend some on a personal driver he's not twelve hes fifteen
