Justin Bieber's Run-Ins with Traffic Cops

July 2011: Justin Bieber is pulled over outside a T.G.I Friday's in South Beach, Fla., after officers suspected that the "Baby" singer looked too young to be behind the wheel. He was driving with friend Sean Kingston. After exchanging words, the officers let Bieber on his way.
