On Demand is an awesome way to have a penasrol trainer! Love it! I usually stay motivated with a workout routine by either (a) sticking to something that I really seem to love and/or (b) mixing things up when I start to get bored. Even running a new route or doing my strength training session in reverse is enough to keep my interest spiked. As for holiday plans, I just try to stay active as possible. Life gets busy, but even a quick walk in the morning, a small walk near lunch, and some weights at night is enough to keep me feeling energized and feeling good.
