As appealing as it soudns to many people, I'm wondering if this is the best thing to promote. Why is it so vital that we lose shed fat so quick? Why not promote slowly losing weight in a way that doesn't push us to one day just give up and binge? Maybe it is just me, but this type of dieting pushes the same thing that makes people have eating disorders and be as skinny as possible, instead of eating normal foods in the right portions and exercise simply just living a healthy life. It just pushes what every other diet fad and magazine is pushing, which leads to a crash and burn later.
