Mickey Rourke partied the night away for 5 hours at Cirque Du Soir night club only to leave via the back door around 4 am. As he was seen being driven away, he appeared to have a white substance around and inside his mouth as he smoked a cigarette.
It's not drugs it was a heartburn tablet he insisted on taking without water!!
