No need to eat for 2 (or 3 for that matter)!
Add healthy fats to your diet to support the skin system and avoid unsightly stretch marks as much as possible, i.e. add half an avocado to your salad, or snack on raw almonds (15 a day is the perfect portion size). Don't overdo it, as these foods are quite rich.
