FITNESS Don't sign up for a pregnancy cardio class like we see more and more. NO need to shake this poor baby more than you have to in your regular life :). Do go outside and enjoy walking on the streets (the sun rays will also help you with your Vitamin D levels) Swim as much as possible to alleviate back pain and stay toned all throughout pregnancy.
