Melissa Rivers’ notoriously staged a plastic surgery intervention for her mother, 78-year-old Joan Rivers, who is believed to have clocked up a whopping 739 cosmetic procedures. In January, reality star Melissa, 44, confessed: “At one point, I started to think the risk outweighs the reward and I wanted my mom to know how I felt about it.” But the comedienne’s offspring is no stranger to going under the knife herself, previously admitting to a breast enlargement, a nose job and Botox too.
