    HE ISN’T DRUNK!
    he’s exhausted!!! he was on the Ellen Degeneres show before this, and he’s been in 6 countries in a week so he’s not drunk, it’s called working!

    He is not drunk he has hooded eyes…dreamy eyes. Rob is too professional to go in public drunk. He gave up drinking too much beer when he was told to lose weight for GQ and Harper’s.
