Sex, Lies and Celluloid: Steven Soderbergh's 8 Best Films

Tatum plays the titular stripper, struggling to become more than just eye candy for a popular dance spot in Tampa, FL. Soderbergh’s gift for getting great performances out of actors, as well as his ability to deftly wrangle ensembles, are on display here. And so is Matthew McConaughey, who lights the fuse on his comeback trail with his amazing portrayal of the egocentric stripper magnate, Dallas. If you haven’t seen Magic Mike, you need to fix that.
