Your new motto: Work hard, play hard. Don't believe exercise can be fun? Just think back to your middle school days when most of your exercise came from play. Whether it's playing tennis or another sport you enjoy, jumping on a trampoline (an incredible workout!), or rock climbing, finding at least a few fun ways to burn calories is important for making exercise a regular part of your routine (this is where the whole staying red carpet-ready year-round comes in for celebs.) What fun activity does McGee recommend to her clients? "Jump rope! It's such a great workout and you can blast major calories in minimal time. Do 5 minutes in the morning, 5 minutes when you get home and then up it to 10 minutes, and soon you'll be a lean mean fighting machine!” McGee says.
