Tom Cruise Accused of Wiretap Conspiracy

Actor Tom Cruise, 50, is accused of conspiring with former private eye-to-the-stars Anthony Pellicano to spy on ex-wife Nicole Kidman, according to a $5 million lawsuit filed by tabloid magazine editor Michael Davis Sapir.
