just exercise, like take a walk or run arnuod the block, lift some weights if you have them, do stomach and muscle exercises you don't even need any equipment for this. do aerobics! Just remember that you shouldn't look like a fashion model because thats unhealthy.really. eat lots of protein like eggs meat fish and fruits and veggies.
