He looks too bulky to be Finnick, plus there is just something about him that makes him look old. Aaron Johnson also looks too pretty to be Finnick. :/
It could work if he dyed his hair brown and grew it a bit ... I don't think he could be playful and cheeky enough to be Finnick ... How come no one has suggested Aaron Johnson? He's perfect age, a good match to the description and brilliant actor who's displayed so much diversity. I vote Aaron :D
