i think it is cute, i think she should have had a belt on, but when she walked on the stage she look good because she curved her body so it looked fitting, but here she is just standing
Wow this is a designer outfit? Cause the jacket itself isn't attractive at all. Her body looks great, but she's young and so she's trying to show everything (assuming she thinks it's sexy). If she'd shown legs or chest, but not both, would've been better. And done something different with her hair, as it's not very flattering. Loved the shoes

I love Miley but even I can admit that this is not her best look. It's not even the dress that makes it not that great, I think if the hair was a bit flatter it would look a lot better.
