5. Shia LaBeouf as Tom Hanks. Like Tom, the 'Transformers' star has had to rely on his talent rather than movie hunk looks (not that Shia isn't dreamy or anything). Maybe this focus on talent is why Shia is poised to become one of the more successful actors out of the young Hollywood bunch. In a few years, we wouldn't be surprised if we saw Shia scooping up Oscars.
