PICTURES: Britney Spears Visits Miami Children’s Hospital

Sure it was a quick visit (one website said it was only 10 minutes “tops”) but Britney Spears made a big impact visiting Miami Children’s Hospital on Saturday before her big show.
Spears made the appearance to donate $100,000 to the hospital’s Big Apple Circus Clown Care, which brings medically-trained clowns to hospitalized children. She then said hi to a few of the patients before leaving. The pictures are now available on her website.
