Just in case you thought the rogues of The Hills were kidding about packing ten grand-worth of heat, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt had a camera crew tag along to their cap-busting session at the firing range.

How romantic! Suddenly those comments from Spencer about "trying to take over the world" have a more eerie resonance. But thankfully Heidi didn't damage her hearing from the gunshots, because it'd be a real shame if she became tone deaf. 

It might be safe to assume there are two people who will want to slip some protective armor under their bikini's next time they step out in the open to catch some rays.
