According to TMZ , Pete Wentz attended a No on Prop 8 fundraiser at Gallery 1988 in Hollywood on Sunday, but the amount he donated is secret.

The Fall Out Boy joins the ranks of Brad Pitt and Steven Spielberg who each donated $100,000 to help fight Proposition 8, the ballot initative that would do away with same-sex couples' right to marry.

Ashlee Simpson's husband is no fan of TMZ; so it's not surprising he wouldn't tell them how much he ponied up for the cause. But maybe he confided to all those teddy bears he sleeps with.

Entertainmentwise reports that Pete and Ashlee have been inundated with teddies from fans ever since Ash's pregnancy was announced.

"She has so many teddy bears and loves them so much she has filled her bed with them. It is a little crowded, but Pete gives in to whatever Ashlee wants. It is really sweet," a source told the website.

Better for Ashlee if the only other bodies Petey cozies up to are stuffed animals.
