Rachel Bilson, Fashion Thief?

Oh, Rachel Bilson, things seemed so promising for your clothing line, Edie Rose!

While your hair might not always be the best indicator of your supposed inherent fashion sense, your wardrobe choices always appeared to be so inspired. (Well, most of the time, at least.)

But unfortunately, the site Fashionista has pointed out a potential couture scandal involving a particular dress from the Edie Rose line.

"Doubtless you've heard of Edie Rose, the capsule collection Rachel Bilson designed for DKNY Jeans. It's more doubtful you've heard of Sretsis, a very small line based out of Bangkok," writes a Fashionista reader. "Rachel Bilson was once photographed wearing the green, Sretsis dress at left. And then realize that it must have weighed heavily in her memory in designing the yellow, Edie Rose dress at right."

The reader then twists the knife a bit further into Rachel's allegedly thieving heart.

"We guess it's a nice gesture that she left the studs off the neckline, kind of like changing a semi-fictional character's last name to avoid legally upholdable comparisons."

Maybe Bilson shoulda just stuck with something simple. Or something so hideous, it's guaranteed to be unique.

Then again, maybe she just shouldn't have bothered at all.

How comical & painful it is to be a "midget" sometimes... anyhows, Rachel looks more like "Inspector Gadget" here!
