And now for the latest celeb baby announcement, direct from...Howard Stern?!

The legendary shock jock announced this morning on his Sirius Radio show that Rebecca Romijn has finally given birth to twin girls!

E! News confirmed with the publicist for Rebecca and husband Jerry O'Connell, 34, that Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip were born on December 28, and that the entire family is "all home and doing well."

Charlie is also the name of O'Connell's younger brother. His maternal grandfather's name was Charles.

E! notes that Romijn stated in the summer that she would name one of her twins after actress/country singing legend Dolly Parton.

These are the first children for both the Ugly Betty star and the Baby on Board costar.

Romijn, 36, and O'Connell were photographed extensively in the months directly after the X-Men actress' pregnancy was announced. However, Romijn spent the past few months on bed rest at home, on view only to the couple's three dogs, Taco, Better and Bim.

The new mom plans to take at least half a year off from her career to make sure Dolly and Charlie fit in with the pack.
