Ugly Betty's Rebecca Romijn was smiling real pretty as she went on a shopping expedition in West Hollywood earlier this week.

Despite the urgency of her retail mission, the actress stopped to give the paps a friendly wave.

It's good to see that Romijn, who's expecting twins with her husband, Do Not Disturb star Jerry O'Connell, is clearly enjoying the prospect of motherhood—unlike some of her famous counterparts.
