Why in the world does Rihanna insist on dressing in such strangely complicated outfits?
She’s a beautiful girl, with an equally beautiful boyfriend. And yet she chose to rock this combo of hat, vest and frilly-skirt at her recent performance on The Today Show Concert Series at Rockefeller Plaza.
To be fair, we have seen far more disturbing.
There is a time for youthful experimentation, but dressing like a retired French soldier turned cruise-ship entertainer is not a look she should strive to convey.
