The 2009 American Music Awards just added a heaping helping of Rihanna to this year’s lineup.

Rap-Up reports that the “Disturbia” singer will perform at this year’s AMAs, which take place on November 22—the day before her new album Rated R hits the shelves.

Rihanna joins a lineup of confirmed performers that already includes Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, Black Eyed Peas and Taylor Swift. No word yet on what song she’ll be performing, but her new single “Russian Roulette” seems like a fairly safe bet.
